Ossipee Lake House is een perfecte locatie voor de zomer plezier op het meer met een eigen 100 'breed, 25' diepe, geleidelijk aflopend, ondiep water, zandstrand. Ontspan op de 47 'x 11' dek of de 45 "x 15" terras, met bubbelbad, met uitzicht op het strand en het meer. Geniet van waterskiën, varen, volleyballen op de zandplaat, uitgaan voor ijs, pizza en koffie per boot. Dit huis wordt geleverd met een ponton boot (in het seizoen). Golfen is 5 mijl op de weg. Dit huis is uitgerust met al uw vakantie wensen. U hoeft niet om iets anders dan de kleren die je nodig hebt te brengen. Beddengoed, strandlakens en elke andere vorm van handdoek die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig. Er is een natte bar af op het terras, wasserette, en nog veel meer. De woonkamer is geweldig om te zitten kijken naar uw favoriete sportevenement op de HD 50 '' flat screen TV of kijken vanaf uw barkruk op je eigen natte bar !! Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. We hebben veel feedback van alle gasten !! Wintermaanden zijn geweldig.

Vier seizoenen van plezier !!: Dit pand biedt meer dan alleen de zomer plezier. In het najaar genieten van blad gluren, pompoen plukken, wandelen of chillen op het strand door een brand. In de wintermaanden hebben een ontploffing skiën, schaatsen en sleeën, met zo vele skigebieden in de buurt. Of u nu op zoek bent naar een leuke familie de bergen of in de bergen voor big time skiërs, u vindt het allemaal lokaal. Als u krijgt de cabine koorts en moe van de winter maanden beginnen uw lente met een heerlijk ontspannen week of weekend weg. Er is genoeg te doen in het voorjaar of gewoon zitten en genieten van het voorjaar in Ossipee NH op het meer. U kunt op het strand zitten door uw kampvuur het lezen van uw favoriete boek of in de jacuzzi. Er is een dartbord (u moet uw eigen darts bieden) een tafeltennistafel, een bubble hockey spel en een tafelvoetbal spel. Dit zijn slechts een paar van de dingen die je kunt doen in The Lake House op Lake Ossipee !!

Couldn't have been happier!

This piece of property was everything my family and I were looking for and more. I rented this property because of the previous phenomenal reviews, and to be honest those didn't even do it justice. My family and I were blown away upon arrival because it was even better than expected.The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. My group of 10 was extremely comfortable as well as completely satisfied. We had a BBQ in which we had more family visit and this property was able to accommodate everything and everyone The view from the back porch is beautiful and all the activities you can do at the lake are even better. I would 100% rent this property again as well as recommend it to a friend. The owner is a truly professional and nice individual. Thank you again!

Beautiful Ossipee channel home

This was our 3rd year at this wonderful home and we will be returning next year (by unanimous vote of my family). The home and cottage is perfect for my family who range in number between 10 and 16, depending on work schedules. Age range is 13 to 72. There is something for everyone. The beach is immaculate - pontoon boat to take us to sand bar volleyball and sunset cruises. The home is extremely well kept. Kim and Jeff take pride in maintaining all areas within the property. Any questions, just call the property manager, he knows EVERYTHING about the house and the area. Lots of hiking spots near-by, which is a favorite activity of my family. We don't eat out much because no one wants to leave to got to a restaurant, would much rather eat at "home" and sit around a campfire. Highly recommend this home to all multi-generational and larger families.

Another great visit to the Lake House!

Our extended family just finished our 4th visit to the Lake House. It once again was such a great experience, everyone had a great time. Jeff and Kim do a great job of making sure that everything that is needed for a Lake vacation is there, and there is no need to leave the house. Between the great beach, kayaks, swim dock, and pontoon boat it kept our 10 kids busy all day every day. We would recommend the Lake House to anyone!

Great lake house!

This was our fourth year in a row staying at this great house on Lake Ossipee. Jeff and Kim really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The house has absolutely everything you could need (including the pontoon, kayaks, canoe, etc.), and is on a perfect spot on the lake. Great views, while also on a channel that keeps things nice and quiet. Thanks again Jeff and Kim!

As wonderful as advertised and then some!

This fabulous lake house was the perfect setting for our extended family vacation. Every thing is clean and very organized from the moment you walk in. The owners provide an information note book that answers questions you didn't even know you had! We had ages from 3 to 70+ and all were completely engaged. With the Beach, floating dock, kayaks, pontoon boat and hot tub, nobody ever asked to go anywhere! I would indeed recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely home ideal for making memories

We arrived for our 2nd year in a row to find the house, cottage and property just as great as we remembered from the year before. Even better actually since the owners, Jeff and Kim, had made improvements during the past year. We had everything we could need for a great stay. A clean house, room for us to spread out or gather, countless amenities, and the beach. Who could ask for more? We'll definitely be returning! The kids won't have it any other way...

Counting the days until we return!!

Last year when we started looking for a house to accommodate multiple families we came across this gem. Everything was wonderful - from our initial contact with Jeff and Kim to the lovely followup call we had with Jeff after our stay. We rented both the main house and the cottage and could not have been happier. All of the amenities were exactly as promised. The house was clean, well stocked with linens and towels, and the beach and surrounding patio area were wonderful. The kids - and adults - had plenty to do and started clamoring for a return next year, which we have already booked. Jeff and Kim thought of everything, right down to the lovely welcome gift upon our arrival. We highly recommend this home for your family and friends!

A perfect family vacation

This was, by far, the nicest lake house that I have ever rented for my large (16) family. Three generations thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience. Jeff and Kim have provided an atmosphere of fun and relaxation. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The pontoon was a bonus treat. This home is so clean, bright and welcoming. It was a unanimous vote that we return next summer, so I have already booked our stay - something to look forward to!

Already miss the Lake House

Jeff and Kim have an an unbelievable home to rent for those wishing to have a true lake vacation. We had rented the past two years missing this year due to other obligations; us and our extended family truly missed the Lake House this summer. It truly has everything a large family would need for a vacation. The location, beach, boats, and all other other unlisted amenities were unparalleled. The owners Jeff and Kim were involved and wanted to make sure the family had a great time. We have great memories and look forward to more. The pictures do not do the location and overall set-up of the house justice. I would recommend this house to any looking for a family vacation on a lake.

Fantastic Stay!

We had two families that stayed at The Lake House this August. What a great spot! So much to do, the house really had it all. We had a total of 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from 6-13, and everyone had a blast. There was something for everyone, from hanging out on the dock or beach, to paddling around on the kayaks, paddle board and canoe, and touring around on the pontoon boat (not to mention the hot tub and all the games in the garage area for the kids!). We also rented a ski boat for the week from Lakefront Landing Marina on the lake and had a great experience with Mark there as well. Views from the back deck are fantastic, and the house is beautiful and has everything you could need for a great vacation. The fact the house comes with linens and towels even makes packing for the trip that much easier. Big thanks to Jeff and Kim, we'll be back next year!

Our grandchildren loved it!

Our family totally enjoyed "The Lake House." The grandchildren, ranging in age from 3-21 especially loved all the water activities. They fished, swam, kayaked, canoed, etc. from dawn to dusk. We all enjoyed exploring the lake on the pontoon boat. In the evening, the campfire was lit and the S'mores served. The house itself is beautifully decorated and updated. For a minor problem, the property manager was immediately on the spot and the problem was solved.

Family reunion

My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at "The Lake House"! The house and all the amenities were top notch!! My grandsons and their parents really enjoyed kayaking and swimming. A Little Piece of Heaven

I cant begin to thank Kim and Jeff for the wonderful opportunity to rent their home. I surprised my family with a fantastic week at a home that made us all feel comfortable from the moment we walked thru the door.. Not only was it completely outfitted to meet all of our needs it was exactly what I expected from the description given on the site. We had family come and go and the ages ranged from 10 to 74. the house offered some thing for everyone with plenty of room and activities for every age group. We had intended to do more sightseeing because of the location being so accessible to the White Mountains and lake region however, we found ourselves just wanting to stay put and enjoy not only the beautiful views and all the amenities the home offered so whether it was coffee on one of the decks or a campfire on a crisp fall evening it all made for a perfect vacation. I knew I had made the right choice when no one wanted to leave. Thanks for helping me deposit more great memories in our families memory bank.

Vacation on the Lake!

Our extended family stayed at Jeff & Kim's house for our first vacation on a lake. We had 4 families with 9 kids under the age of 10. We had an absolute great time; the house was perfect. It had plenty of space and all the extra amenities that made our stay incredible. The pontoon boat, kayaks, canoe, hot tub, beach..you name it and it was there for us. Two days into the trip and we were already starting to plan next year! We appreciated all the thought and planning that was put into the house it made our stay easy and enjoyable.

AWESOME PLACE

Let me start by saying that when we rent a place to stay on vacation we want to stay in house that feels like a home, with lots of space, nice furnishings/decor, amenities and really clean. This house meets all those expectations and more. Our family and extended family (14 of us in all) have been renting this home for the last 4 years (next year will make it 5). Whether you are one family or 4 families like ours, there is plenty of room in the house and it never feels cramped. Our group includes 7 kids that all sleep in the loft and love being up there. There are four other bedrooms located on different levels and there are three full bathrooms. The house has every amenity you could need and more. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of dishes/silverware/glasses, etc, (even for our large group). You don’t need to bring any linens or towels because everything is provided, including beach towels. There are so many great things about this house, including the huge beach area, a great bar area on the lower level that leads right out to the Jacuzzi and the beach. There is a pontoon boat (you don’t need a boater’s license for this one), which is included and a game room in the garage. Of course we love the location in the channel; it is perfect for relaxing on the beach and watching boats go by. Jeff and Kim are always adding new things every year and encourage you to ask for or suggest things that you might want/need on your vacation. This past summer I suggested getting a Keurig Coffee maker and they got one! This vacation never gets old and we look forward to it every year.

Fantastic!

We are 4 siblings looking for a place to vacation with our children and grand children. This property was perfection! The house and cottage are wonderfully appointed to be comfortable and accommodating. The house is set back off the road and the beach side is ideal for kids. We never left the property during our stay. The beach, beach toys, dock, pontoon boat, kayaks, canoes, and the hot tube kept every member of our group entertained for the whole week. The owners provide the best notebook of the property and the surrounding area we have ever seen. We are going to return and would highly recommend this property to anyone!

family reunion/ 50th anniversary

Our family is scattered throughout the country, so needless to say it is very difficult to get everyone in the same place at the same time. Every other year we plan a "mandatory" reunion. We have been to Florida, Cape Cod, Outer Banks and now New Hampshire. This house and location will go down as one of the best. The accomodations are first class, plenty of room for all 17, but not overwhelmingly cold or impersonal. In fact, the house is a major part of our reunion and this one kept us together more and made us not want to venture off site. There were non-stop kayak and canoe trips taken by all at all times of day (although morning was a favorite of everyone). The lake is beautiful and the ride to all the different bays through the channels was enjoyed by all. We took sunset "cruises" with just the adults and also had boys vs. girls fishing tournaments. We took advantage of the cottage as well and it was a great place for grandparents celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and anyone else who wanted to get away from all the chaos. The beach area is one of the finest on the entire lake. Words can't describe the views of the mountains from Ossipee Lake, you've got to see it to believe it! This property won't disappoint. We loved it and will come again soon for the next "mandatory" reunion.

Awesome vacation!

We rented the Lake House with three families for a week. It was a very relaxing vacation. We had all the amenities we needed, and then some. The house is located on a quiet stretch of private beach with a gradual entry which is perfect for kids. The house itself is very spacious as we had some visiting family that stopped by and you never felt crowded. The sleeping arrangements are great because they are far enough away from each other that you are not disturbed by anyone else in the house (we had two infants with us that required nighttime feedings). The lake itself is beautiful, not as crowded as some of the bigger lakes in NH or Maine. There are sandbars for all to enjoy as you take a boat ride on the pontoon boat. I would highly recommend this for a vacation rental especially if you have a large group (there is also a cottage on the property that is available for rent if you need more space than the main house). We found that when you got to the house you really didn't need or want to leave.
