Spacious and newly renovated, comfortable new beds, family friendly, great for adult get togethers, or a weekend away with friends. Cozy and clean, relaxing and easy going.

No cleaning fee is charged or pet fee. If damage or destruction is caused by a pet, there may be a fee. No fee charged if:
- no damage is caused by your pet
- no extra cleaning is needed inside or outside the house
- no dogs pooping or peeing on the property. We ask you take your dog to the park in front of the house to do its business, and that you clean up after your dog.

Excessive dog fur or dirtiness to the cottage during your stay that is not vacuumed or cleaned before you leave may result in a $150 cleaning fee. We want you to be able to have your pet(s) stay with you for your vacation and not charge a cleaning fee - but we can not have the property clean enough for our next guests without your help picking up after your pets.
Please use the provided vacuum and lint rollers for pet fur. We do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. Dog mess / slobber / fur etc on our bedding / comforter / couches will incur the $150 fee. Please help us not charge you by picking up after your pet!

Updated 9/6/22:

A camera is mounted on the exterior second floor facing the backyard and one facing the front door. There are two cameras mounted in the basement northwest and southeast ceiling corners for the protection of our valuables, tools, etc. As of 6/26/22 there is a camera facing the slider door.
