Upon entry, you will be instantly greeted by sophisticated and tasteful decor. The main level offers a spacious living area, featuring a flat-screen television, comfortable seating, a renovated/fully equipped kitchen, and additional bar seating for three. The feature that seals the deal for this floor is the covered outdoor balcony with adirondack bar seating for four, overlooking the Seaside Amphitheater and to the right the Gulf of Mexico! Lastly, this floor features a guest hall bath for company.

As you make your way to the second level, you can find a Queen Master bedroom with gulf views and a private master bathroom. This master suite features vaulted ceilings, custom built in storage, a vanity desk, and custom built in bay window area. It is the perfect spot to enjoy amazing gulf views or to overlook the action of the town. For evening time, this bay window also provides privacy curtains. The private renovated master bath is separated by a barn door, has a single vanity, and a walk-in shower.
