Welkom bij ons thuis! Geniet van dit WATERFRONT, drie niveaus, vier slaapkamers, 3 1/2 bad stadswoning in de prachtige gemeenschap van Bethany Marina, op slechts enkele minuten van Bethany Beach. Deze eigenschap heeft een boot slip op de baai van de Indian River die een 34 'boot kan houden met snelle toegang tot de Atlantische Oceaan, bekend om zijn geweldige vissen op zout water!

Drie dekken kijken uit over het water en als je klaar bent, neem je de Ocean Kayak voor een draai aan de baai. Water is overal! Controleer uw e-mails via breedbandinternet en maak vervolgens een diner in de keuken of kijk een film op de grote flatscreen-tv.

Het hoogste niveau omvat een damestoilet en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. U zult genieten van uitzicht op het water vanuit verschillende ramen. De eettafel biedt plaats aan zes personen en de aangrenzende woonkamer is aantrekkelijk ingericht (queensize slaapbank), tv met dvd en PlayStation 2. Dit niveau leidt naar een terras aan het water waar u kunt genieten van uw ochtendkoffie, buiten kunt dineren of kunt ontspannen onder het genot van een cocktail terwijl u naar de prachtige zonsondergang kijkt.

Het lagere niveau heeft een eigen ingang en overdekte toegang tot garageopslag. Er is een complete badkamer, een stapelbed slaapkamer en een familiekamer met comfortabele mosterd meubels en een tv met dvd-speler. U kunt naar het dek lopen waar u kunt zonnebaden of naar uw boot kunt lopen.

Het bovenste niveau heeft drie slaapkamers en twee volledige badkamers. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, grote kast en een ligbad. Er is een aangrenzend balkon om te ontspannen en te genieten van het uitzicht. De andere slaapkamers bevatten een queensize bed en een stapelbed. Ze delen een vol bad en hebben beide uitzicht op het water.

Het apparaat heeft veel opbergruimte en er is een wasmachine en droger. Er is een garage voor opslag waar u uw fietsen, strandspullen, surfplanken, waterski's, enz. Kunt opslaan. De openbare stranden, Bethany Beach promenade, winkels en restaurants liggen op een klein eindje rijden. Big Fish Restaurant en de supermarkt G&E liggen op minder dan 800 meter lopen.

This townhome is good value for the price. The home is in very good condition and is well stocked with dishware, glassware and cooking utensils. There are plenty of spaces for relaxing both inside and out on the decks, although dining on the deck is limited to a small table and 2 chairs. If you are a boater I think this place would be ideal: it is right on the water and there is a boat slip. However if you are more into going to the beach, it is a little out of the way and the beaches get very crowded early in the day - so planning and early rising is necessary - as you have to pack your day's worth and drive to the beach and pay 20 per day if you are out of state. Additionally as an interior townhouse the privacy is limited. On the decks you can hear other's conversations and smell their cigarette smoke if they happen to be smoking. Nothing the owner can do about this but a consideration if these things bother you. There is a nice little pool in the community.

Great family vacation week

The property was convenient to everything while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The property was perfect for our family vacation and had everything that we needed. The owner checked in with us the day before our vacation started to answer any questions we may have had and the details provided before check in made things so easy. We had a great stay!

Beautiful Place and Location!

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed staying here, it had everything we needed especially the amount of space. The owner is great and helpful. The views are gorgeous and we are sad to leave today, but grateful to have found such a wonderful vacation home. Thank you!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog. There was plenty of room for 3 more people as well. Very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful grounds, pool, and dock (wish we had a boat!). We would come again! Thanks John!

Great Location

The house was nicely decorated and very spacious, great views from the balconies. The communal pool was a great amenity! John called a few days before our arrival which was nice! The kitchen could benefit from updated pots and pans! We enjoyed our stay and work book with John in the future.

Off-season get away

The property was great for what we needed. We were able to bring our 27ft pilot house with us and dock close to the house for easy use. We were also able to launch from the boat ramp there at high tide without issues. No driving to a marina every day! The beds were comfortable the house was clean and nicely decorated with a fully equipped kitchen The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had no problems during our stay but the owner was very responsive and easy to reach with any questions.

house and property was very nice...owner very friendly and helpful.... 4th bedroom on 1st floor only has bunkbed w small closet..no furniture...very tight quarters for 2 ppl..... kitchen could use upgrade of cooking utensils pots pans etc...no desire to cook w them given their condition....also very limited tv channel selection for those tv enthusiasts.... otherwise house was very nice, on the bay, close to shore etc.... positives far outweigh any negatives for sure...

Thanks for the feedback. The 1st floor bedroom is a much better fit for kids or a single individual. Renting a house and having a couple stay a bunk bed is not ideal or recommended. Regarding the kitchen utensils, you should have told me and I could have arranged to supplement what was there. We have DISH TV at the house with more than 250+ channels. Anyway, thanks for the review.

Spring getaway

We made plans on short notice to spend a few days near the shore. This was exactly what we needed. We were able to bring our greyhound, who had never been to the beach. It was the perfect place for him, with the pet area adjacent to the house. He enjoyed sleeping on the deck and listening to the birds. Our kids enjoyed the chance to kick back and relax after a long semester at college. Very peaceful, comfortable layout and furnishings, plus all the amenities we needed. We appreciated that John called before our arrival, and was flexible in booking us on such short notice, as well as before most owners had a chance to prep their homes for the summer season. Would stay again!

Place was not the cleanest, pots and pans were almost too scummy to use. Hardly any spoons or dinners knives. All of the TV remotes had dead batteries, the main TV in the living room had no directions on how to use it. Pool was supposed to be available, but was closed. Bunk bed on first floor was unusable as well as the first floor bathroom was not suitable in size for anyone to use it. The front door was made entirely of glass making anyone coming from the bathroom exposed, the other doors in the development were solid. There was some sort of greens left in refrigerator, so whomever, they have cleaning is not doing a very good job. I would not rent this place again.

Interesting comments... We always get one renter a year who is nuts and thinks they rented a place at the Four Seasons. BINGO! You are that person and win the prize for 2024! While we do have a new cleaning person this year, this is the first complaint we have received for the three townhouse she is servicing for us. I'm glad to know we need new pots/pans and will take care of ordering new ones right away. Regarding the TV, I'm not sure what instructions I could give you other than turn it on, change the channels and volume as needed, it's not complex or different from any other TV. Pool was supposed to be available- No, pool closes Labor Day weekend, nowhere did it state it would be open. Bunk bed on first floor was unusable: It works fine, and has never received a complaint before. You're NUTS! First floor bathroom was not suitable in size for anyone to use it: It's an average size bathroom with a shower. If you weigh 500lbs it might be tight. The front door was made entirely of glass making anyone coming from the bathroom exposed: You're just crazy... I would not rent this place again: No problem, you are not welcome to ever come back.

Not what we paid for!

The house was not cleaned when we arrived. We contacted the host (owner) and left a message telling him the place wasn’t cleaned. Also the pots and pans were so dirty they were unusable. The owner did call an stated he contacted the cleaners, who showed up around 7 pm. He followed up to ask if the cleaners came and that we should buy whatever pots and pans we needed and he would reimburse us. We bought two and took them home with us and of course didn’t ask for reimbursement. He also stated he was going to refund us the cleaning fee. I waited for several weeks and still no refund check for the cleaning fee. So I texted him stating we hadn’t received the refund and I included my address just in case he didn’t know where to send the check. He contacted me and stated he would send the check right out. It is now November 2 and still no check. We rented the house for two weeks in September! If he had no intention of refunding us the cleaning fee he never should have offered to do so. We did not request it, but since he stated he was going to we excepted his offer. Not a good business move on his part! Having had this experience has raised serious concerns about dealing with this owner. I’d recommend you look elsewhere for your vacation rental.

As with everything in life, there are two sides to every story. As you can see from the 81 property reviews, I always take care of my renters and do everything possible to resolve issues. Evidently, this person wanted to complain and felt the need to vent about a situation that I resolved within hours. The bottom line is our normally very reliable cleaner forgot that there was an off-season booking. As soon as I was contacted by the renter regarding the issue, I reached out to Odi (cleaner) and let her know there was a problem and I needed her to get out to the house ASAP. She was there in a couple of hours and per the renter, did a good job. A check has been sent to the renters to cover the cleaning fee. New pots and pans are purchased every two years, and according to my neighbor who I asked to check on their condition, said they were fine. In any case, I'll make sure they are replaced this off-season. We always have one renter a year who thinks they are staying at the Four Seasons and expects instantaneous service. This renter was it for 2024:)
