This historic four bedroom, two bath Victorian gem is nestled in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. Carefully restored in late 2020, the home marries modern, clean design with original preserved touches throughout the two-story space.

Perfectly situated for groups and families, downstairs features one bedroom and bathroom, with the remaining three bedrooms and one bath located upstairs. Tall, airy ceilings and exposed wooden beams are complemented by an abundance of natural light at every angle. A full-sized kitchen provides ample opportunities for at-home meal prep.

This property is street parking only. In the heart of the city, parking can be limited. Please read street signage carefully as there are parking rules and restrictions that vary street to street. Transportation is available by trolley, bus, ride share and even electric scooters in this pretty city.

This property is located in the historic Little Italy, if you are sensitive to noise staying anywhere in the Little Italy area may not be the right choice.

Great place to stay with a group

Our group of 7 was in town for a conference and were very comfortable at this house. Good space to spread out, comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen was functional for simple meals but could use a few more essentials (measuring cups, sheet pans, big pot) but we got by just fine. The neighborhood is really fun with lots of nice places to eat and get a drink. The proximity to the trolley made getting to the conference center easy but it was also a pleasant walk. Really had no complaints and would stay again.

Excellent Stay

Stayed here for work and loved it. Very nice place next to awesome places to eat and have a drink. I highly recommend staying here for work or pleasure.

Smells like pizza…in the best way

We loved this property! It truly is in the heart of Little Italy. Walk out the door, turn the corner, bam. Pizza. It’s intoxicating. There’s live music, and farmers markets, we spent so much time outdoors, browsing shops. It truly was a magical trip. (If you ever decide to sell, call me 😍).

Amazing House and location!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The location was amazing and walking distance to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was nicely done. The property manager was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be booking this house again when we come back. People have commented about the noise so we brought noise machines and I can honestly say that it worked like a charm and we slept great. This property is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego.
