Bright and open, this two-bedroom condo at Seawinds South enjoys a prime ocean block location a quick stroll from the beautiful beach.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living room and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher and a breakfast bar), and central air conditioning. There's even a private washer/dryer to take care of your damp swimsuits after a day spent on the beach.

Seawinds South is located on the ocean block in North Ocean City, offering fantastic proximity to Coastal Highway, great restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment and nightlife. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and all sorts of annual events, is only a quarter-mile southwest.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Clean, convenient

Everything was great about this place, very clean even came with a starter pack w soap, paper towels, trash bags. Convenient to some good restaurants, couldn’t recommend more

Not worth the money

Not kept well at all by rental agency. Dirty linens left piled on top of the washer. Linens left in the dryer. Bag of dirty wet linens left on the balcony. Shower curtain liners were absolutely disgusting with soap scum. Towel bars in the bathrooms all broken. Both bathtubs did not look like they were cleaned, in fact nothing looked clean in the condo. I had to spend the first few hours of my vacation cleaning the condo. The keyless entry didn’t work despite someone coming to change the batteries. Mop, bucket, vacuum all left out in the living room. It literally looked like cleaning people came and just pretended to clean. The sofa and couch all ripped up, all rugs were disgusting. Pillows and extra blankets left on the floor of the closets. No exhaust fan cover in the one bathroom, looked filthy. I am super unhappy with Vacasa, I paid $2200 dollars for this place and I was so grossed out. Oh and I can’t forget the dirty underwear we found next to the bed in the master. Never using Vacasa again. I really hope they figure out the problem with their property management and cleaning services.

Positive-Close access to beach, 2 parking passes, tile floor instead of carpet, porch, king bed, sleep sofas, high top dining table, wash/dryer, Need improvement- cleaniness of floors and bathrooms upon arrival, ceiling fan couldnt be used- too dirty, lack of coffee table or side tables in family area, instructions on tv, broken microwave, keyless entry not working, door locks need to be checked. Bowls for serving, pots and pans need to be replaced, no place for suitcase or storage in 2nd bedroom or access to power. Vent fan in bathroom needs a cover.
