Welcome to Royal Hawaiian 110, a condo on a mid-ocean block in North Ocean City with incredible sunrise and sunset views from the balcony.

Step inside to find a bright, air-conditioned space with two bedrooms and everything you might need to make your vacation memorable. There are three large TVs, three DVD players, a library of movies, and three Rokus offering access to Showtime, HBO NOW, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (most viewing choices via Roku are free). You'll also find a small library of books for beach reading, a private washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Whether you prefer a busy trip or a lazy vacation, this condo has been designed for you.

Here at the Royal Hawaiian, you'll enjoy amenities that include an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool, with the ocean beach just down the block. Coastal Highway - home to restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and attractions - is less than a block in the other direction, with tax-free shopping and the Fenwick Island Lighthouse across the Delaware state line a few blocks north.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There will be a fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the building (there is a fee for using this service).
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointed

While this is a great location, we were very disappointed with this condo. The cleaning service is not that good, which unfortunately lends itself to my family not being very comfortable.

Royal Hawaiian 110

Roomy space! Definitely included a lot of amenities. Condo needs some updates though. The shower heads and faucets are on their last leg and the whole place needs a deep clean (all the showers and toilets had dirt lines) and definitely kept shoes on the whole time.

Great Location - Subpar Experience

Condo unit was in a good location. Building had good amenities. The unit itself was nice but the electric definitely needed upgrading. A few cosmetic fixes were needed. The washer broke while we were there, maintenance was sent out and it was the door lock but they needed to get the part and it was the day before we left so we didn’t get to use it any longer. The Royal Hawaiian staff that were onsite were super nice. The cleaning staff for Vacasa could definitely have done better. There was dirt on the floors when we got there and we had to clean it up ourselves. We didn’t have all sheets and towels for the 8 people that were staying. Cleaning staff definitely needs to be more thorough. The number I texted with issues did give a fast follow up though. Price was a bit steep for our 4 day stay.

Ok but needs maintenance. For the price should be nicer

Location is great, but the u it is dated. Beds are not comfortable. Flooring has chunks missing, wood trim broken in many places. Place was not child friendly for a 1 year old to be in.
