Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving. All Guest must register at pool office and pay a recreation/parking fee which covers use of the amenities for up to 6 people per week. Pool is open Memorial Day weekend to mid to late September. If pool is not open a lesser parking fee is required. No pets please. Smoking is not allowed at the pools. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises.

This vacation townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen areas, enclosed porch and outside shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
