Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Vacasa is no good

Nice property but Vacasa management is terrible. Worst check in process I’ve ever had. After arriving to a keyed door no lock box. I had to travel another 20 minutes to get key from Vacasa store that was closed. Keys were in drop box, no code ever given. Had to call twice to find out where to go for keys and then to get drop box code. Meanwhile I had my wife and 3 year old standing outside.

Review

Great location. Nice pool. Main issue was cleanliness and check-in process through Vacasa. I have a crawling 1 yr old...his feet and knees would become very dirty from the carpet. Also Vacasa check-in instructions did not inform me there was an off-site lock box. A lot of confusion upon arrival...had to call Vacasa for help.

A nice beach spot to enjoy the sun!

This property was very clean and organized, it seemed to have all the essentials one would need, the only negatives would be the outdated bed spreads and the lack of any T.V channels, yes there is cable but only like 5 channels which isnt helpful when traveling with children. Other than these slight issues it was a nice place to stay and in a nice location. I would stay here again.

Cute place

Cute place to stay if you don’t want to be in the middle of the action. The “maintenance” man for the condo was an over achiever, but not related to the place.
