Air-conditioned and quiet in a hamlet, this stone country house in the heart of the Périgord Noir, completely renovated in 2024, with a capacity of 4 to 6 people is ideally located to radiate to the various tourist sites of the Vézère Valley and the Dordogne.

Living area 100 m2 approximately with garden and private parking.

This peaceful building belonging to a farmhouse is located near the various sites of the Prehistory and the valley of man between Montignac, Les Eyzies and Sarlat.

Owners available a few meters away.

In its green setting, weekly rental of a 100 m2 equipped house comprising:

The gîte is equipped with bins for the selective sorting of waste before depositing it in the public bins provided for this purpose: glass, recyclable, non-recyclable waste. It is also equipped with a composter.

All the equipment of the gîte works solely on electric energy.
The electrical outlets of the gîte are not suitable for charging electric vehicles. Terminals are available nearby (the closest: Mobive, rue de la Halle, 24580 Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac).
