Come and enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, saltwater pool beach bungalow. The heated salt water pool is wonderful and features a sunning deck with fountain and bench seating. The screened in pool area has plenty of room to relax and sun by the pool. The home also features a private outside shower. There is also an outdoor dining area with seating for 7. The lanai has a beautiful sectional seating area and flat screen TV. The living room is complete with a 75" flat screen TV and leather, reclining, sectional sofa. The dining room has seating for 6, plus 2 at the kitchen island. The kitchen has granite counter tops and comes complete with all the amenities you would expect, including a blender for those tropical frozen beverages. The house has a 1 car garage with a EV charger and new driveway with room to park your vehicle. The house sits in the middle of the 500 block with southern exposure so the sun's warmth is always available in the winter months. The beach is only a 2 minute drive or a 5 minute bike ride away! Beach chairs and 2 adult size bikes are included. Beach parking pass included!
The Master suite comes complete with a walk in closet and Flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a bidet and a walk in shower with rain forest shower head. The 2nd bedroom has a nice queen size bedroom and closet. The 3rd bedroom houses bunk beds with a twin mattress on top and a full size on bottom. The Main bathroom of the house contains a full bath and shower. There is also a washer and dryer.

Great house, excellent locatiojn
We thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks in this house. It was very well equipped, within walking distance to the beach, the pool and lanai were so perfect and presented an incredibly relaxing feeling. Lori was very responsive, check in was a breeze. We're already planning our return next year likely for six weeks!

Great Beach Home
Wonderful beach home with everything you need. I spent much of the time outside sitting in the lanai with TV or in perfect saltwater pool. There is a beach parking pass included which is great. Very close to Vanderbilt Beach. Hosts are very nice to deal with and respond immediately.

I am a local owner, and I work for the school district here in Naples. I am also a mother of six, and grandmother of 10 who has lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. I have owed and operated 4 vacation homes during this time. This is currently my only vacation property and I live here in the off season. If you ever need anything I can respond quickly. Where you rent can make all the difference in the world. Naples Park is not only close to the beach, but it is also close to many shops (The Mercato), restaurants (too many to list) and food stores, such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Publix. My house sits on the 500 Block with Southern exposure. This is important in season to make sure you stay warm while in the pool or sunning in the back yard. My neighbors couldn't be nicer and they are quiet as well. The 500 block is so much closer to the beach than homes in the 800 block, you would think that's not the case until you walk or bike it. I keep my house in perfect working order so your stay is worry free.
