This apartment is perfect for those who wish to favor a large outdoor space with a sea view since it has a large terrace in front of the living room but also a large terrace and garden to the side of the apartment.

The apartments are comfortable, facing south-west, consisting of a living room with a sofa bed type BZ and television, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, large fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, microwave) as well as 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower.PGJyPg
The first bedroom has a double bed 140x190cm and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The single beds in bedroom 2 can be pushed together.

Only the entrance to the property via a large gate, the garden and the parking space are truly "shared".
