Enjoyable and comfortable

Our group of 12 consisted of 9 high school boys and 3 teachers. The boys wer able to share between the basement and the living room sofa-bed, while each adult had his own room. The boys enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi a lot. The only negatives for us were that there could have been a third shower. Also, for us, larger pots and baking pans would have been good. For a Philadelphia home, the space was quite good.

Great stay!

Pictures don’t do justice here High ceiling and our party of 10 stayed comfortably. Cory is super responsive. Close to city center, there are amazing eateries around the corner and within 5 min drive. Several of my family members was attending ASN Renal Week in Convention Center, which was in walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet, you are also asked to be respectful with noise level. All in all, we had great time in Philly, largely due to staying here.

Philly Review

This house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a family or group of friends with the roof deck and hot tub. Amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, and bars were within walking distance which was a pleasant surprise.

Amazing Experience

Stayed for the weekend with myself and 7 friends. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed and was the perfect spot for our weekend. The Host was extremely accomodating and responded to any question i had within minutes. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Highly recommend
