Imagine being on an extended stay enjoying this home’s exquisitely appointed rooftop deck with ocean and sunset views, a private hot tub, an outdoor TV to catch all your favorite sporting events and movies, barbecue, a fire pit, and casual and formal seating for leisure and alfresco dining. This wonderful family and pet-friendly La Jolla beach condo is just one block away from spectacular Windansea Beach and a short walk to La Jolla Village with its famous restaurants and shopping.

Recently renovated, the interior of this open-concept home features contemporary lighting, new appliances and utensils in the modern kitchen, an ambient fireplace in the spacious and bright living room, and brand-new TVs. The large primary bedroom has a king bed, large TV, a ceiling fan, a balcony, and access to both the back deck. It also has an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination. A small front balcony offers additional outdoor space for marveling at the sunset. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, cable, a DVD player, and a washer/dryer.

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Endless Summer on Rosemont

We really enjoyed our stay at Endless summer as you can see from the ratings above. Great decor, and the main bedroom was really comfortable and a good size. There were only 3 issues and 2 of them small ones: 1) the smaller bedroom had a double mattress sized foam topper on a Q sized bed which created challenges for 2 adults sleeping, especially because the duvet on that bed held a twin sized comforter. It would be best to replace the foam topper w a queen sized topper and insert a Q comforter inside the duvet so that two adults can sleep comfortably. 2) the flooring is beautiful, but it needs to be cleaned a little more thoroughly between guests. It was well swept when we arrived but our bare feet were black from walking on it (or when wiling up spots of water in kitchen, the paper towe was pretty black). 3) the ice maker is jammed full of ice in the freezer door — that holder should be opened up and some ice removed (we really appreciated that there was a half bag of ice in the freezer since we couldn’t use any from the fridge itself. Thank you very much!! You have a great location and property.

Great time!

I had a great stay at Endless Summer. It was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation after a week long work seminar. Being able to walk out the front door to the beach and the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods was priceless. The condo itself was very clean and had everything I needed for my trip! I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, great stay

Great rooftop deck with wonderful views of the sunset. Equipped with dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Nice to have a TV in each bedroom and the living room. We enjoyed walking down to Windansea beach every evening, and to the local market.

Can't wait to return!

The condo was exactly as advertised. After reading some poor reviews about cleanliness, we were a bit worried, but we found the place to be very clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and in a fantastic location! We enjoyed all of the available amenities. We especially loved that the rental was dog-friendly, but smelled clean. We enjoyed cooking at home, and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We did notice that the dinnerware was not microwave safe, but we found paper plates. I would suggest adding a few Pyrex pieces for that. Also note that other than salt and paper, there were no pantry basics. The hot tub was hot, functional. and clean. We loved the upper deck and loved having morning coffee outside and being able to toast the sunset. The fire pit and grill each had full tanks of gas, and the grill was spotless. The outdoor TV was fun. It's remote wasn't functional, but we had brought our own Roku device so we enjoyed family movies after dark. I would suggest covers for the furniture or a storage box for the cushions because they were rather wet each morning from fog. Finally, I would suggest adding a visible address on the alley access. We struggled a bit to identify the unit upon our arrival after dark. Then, there are separate gate entrances for the upper and lower units, but there was no indication of which was for ours. Also, the steps to the lower deck were unlit and very dark. With all said, we will absolutely return! We loved the space!
