Spend time together in the main living area, outfitted with a cozy gas fireplace and smart TV. The sprawling den offers even more entertaining space with a TV, DVD player, stereo, library, and a collection of board games and puzzles. Up the ante with some friendly competition over a few rounds of ping-pong in the basement game room. A convenient office provides a handy spot to check emails. Prepare favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Helpful gadgets include a toaster oven and coffee maker. When you’re ready to eat, dine together at the table set for six.

Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, which features a queen bed, a sitting area, and a small Apple TV with a DVD player. The en suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen. Providing additional sleeping space, the main living room and the office each have a queen sleeper sofa.The guest bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath provides added convenience.

Overlooking the large lawn and mature trees, the enormous wraparound deck offers a gas grill and alfresco dining. Soak up the Summer sun in the in-ground swimming pool and keep the fun going into the evening with seasonal pool heating available. Security camera details: There are two security cameras on the property - one in the front yard and one in the backyard - they don't operate when guests are present.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
