The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with a small bistro table for two overlooking the water, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.

Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay

The unit was perfect. It was cleaned and smelled good. There were towels awaiting us on bed, clean sheets, and they even provided a couple rolls of toilet paper, a roll of napkins, a few dishwasher pods and a few laundry pods. We would 100% stay again. View was great of beach and you also get a view of the tiki deck below so it was great for people watching. Bed was comfortable. Will be back!

The views were breathtaking, Oceanside

This property is small but quaint, neat, and organized. It has a fantastic kitchen, kitchenette, and small living area. We had difficulty accessing the key pad entry lock. However, resolved the next day. Booking this unit was just what I needed close to many restaurants, shopping areas, and the night life. This property has many amenities indoor swimming, sauna, and a recreational area. However, my favorite is the beach calming and relaxing.

Room was fine BUT!

Room was clean, had to call for toilet paper but not a big deal. Couch needs to be replace without a doubt. Game room is not what it appears. Pool table is torn and there are like three arcade games. The lobby needs a little love being an old building. Keep in mind this was off season so not a lot to choose from as far as eats but being able to look out your living room slider or sit outside and see the beach and ocean put all the negativity to rest. There are always bumps along the way when renting, it’s just the way it is.
