These two and three bedroom condos feature a rooftop swimming pool. All have a fully equipped kitchen, full sized washer, dryer, dishwasher, central air and more. Conveniently located just a close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. No pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The windows in the condo (404) doesn't face the Bay as the photos would suggest but otherwise my family had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, the master bathroom was fantastic. The kitchen was loaded with all the necessary amenities to live comfortably during our duration there. We are looking forward to returning.

Long time visitor to Captiva Bay.

Overall accommodations in Unit 404 were okay. Bedrooms could use more than one vent each for a/c; very warm at night with doors closed. Unit Way overpriced; Not worth $481 per night. GOOD LUCK in future rentals for any of the Captiva Bay units. You definitely have lost me as a future customer.

Needs Improvements!

Towel racks missing and broken. Screen sliding door broken. Ice maker barely made any ice in the entire week. Had to fudge the key door lock to get in every time. Couch and master bed was very uncomfortable.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is amazing. Super clean inside and comfortable. Had everything we needed for sure. Enough space for our group. Beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy breakfast on. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay on the bayside of OC.
