Rose Wind Mayaguez, Aguada, Aguadilla

This house was customized specifically for hosting. With everything you could possibly need while staying on a tropical island.

Over the years this has been a great location for large events, music videos.

We have a 14 foot trampoline very close to the pool.

Our home is located in your normal Puerto Rican neighbor hood at the end of a cul de sac were we own both houses at the end of the road.

We provide the following:

Plates, silverware, cups, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, bedding

Each TV is loaded with:
Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV.


Both kitchen lights have built in speakers that can change colors with the remote control.


This house has 4 bathrooms. Three bathrooms upstairs two smaller bathrooms 1 full one half and one large bath in the master bathroom. Downstairs is another large full size bathroom.

We are awaiting for an elevator to be installed connecting our downstairs to our upstairs.

Please refrain from standing over the Barricade.
Every piece of furniture is brand new. Essentially EVERYTHING IS NEW. If you happen to damage anything it will be your responsibility for whatever it costs. We are very reasonable but please inform us so we are prepared to handle the situation before our next check in.


Leave the house in the SAME condition it was given to you. Do NOT leave any personal belongings or food. Treat this as your own home.

Landscapers come every TWO weeks. For our long term renters.

Trash pick up is every MONDAY MORNING. Around 6 AM, recycling comes Monday at 7 AM. We ask you please help us save the earth and clean and separate your trash from your recyclables.

We ask that you please place your trash in the designated bins outside the front gate.

There is no smoking indoors. No cigarette buds are to be thrown on the property. Please treat this as your home.

NO drinking in the pool!!

We ask all attending guest to be accounted for on the reservation.

Please place all remotes for AC units and TV back on velcro strips of each corresponding room.

The beach in the back of the property is about a 3 minute walk. Please keep in mind this beach is at the end of the river. A lot of trees branches wash up on our end of the beach. We have our section cleaned it every month.

Depending on the time of year depends the clarity of the ocean water.

To get to the beach you will have to go past the pool. We are still working on cutting down and making a clear pathway but if you are up for a jungle book experience it's great.

Please make sure the pools filter is always turned on and when the pool is not in use place the black cover back on.

Please CLOSE the gate when not in use. Also every night and after checkout.

Please watch children on staircase and balcony at ALL times.

Please note you are on an ISLAND. Sometimes the weather is unpredictable and out of our control.

If you happen to loose lights or water during your stay please do not be alarmed as this is 100% normal.

We have a 865 gallon water reserve tank on site in the event our water supply is turned off. Please use it wisely.

We do have a 8,000 generator in the event of a power outage. You will only be able to run two air conditioner units and essentially every other light and appliance in the house when running off the generator. You will NOT go a night without electric. We will inform you or come by and assist with making sure everything is working great.

There will be NO refunds for any issue in regards to the water supply and electric outages as we do have a reserve pre filled and a back up generator.

Please note when one of these incidents occur the town works very fast in getting us our water and light back as we are in one of the biggest towns in Puerto Rico.

Local tips :

Down the road is a great popular bar Alcatra. They have live music, a beach and great shrimp empanadas!

Go to beaches other than the strip in Mayaguez is Jobos (Sunday's), and Crash-boat.

There is a 24/7 gas station called Total about 8 Minutes away from the house.

Walmart is about 25 minutes attached to the Mayaguez mall.

RicoMini bakery in Mayaguez is about 12 minutes from the house. They have great sandwiches and AMAZING Nutella doughnuts.
Ask for " Jelly " she speaks English and Spanish and will take care of you all!

REX cream in Aguadilla is a must. They have GREAT ice cream. I can't explain the texture. Try the corn with cinnamon. It's amazing.
