Relax and enjoy coastal living at this beautiful and newly-remodeled (last year) second-floor studio! This coastal charmer is perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway for two and offers access to a plethora of incredible shared amenities, including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, nine-hole golf course, tennis court, and its own beach on the beachside of the complex. Surprise your loved ones with a tasty, homemade meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances! The breakfast bar seats up to four people comfortably and you have a small balcony with a bistro table for two.

High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great place to getaway!

This place is super convenient and close to the beach. While the property itself is beachfront, not all units are actually beachside. So you may want to pay attention if you’re setting your sights on an ocean view. Most of the units are located right across the street and depending on how close your room is from the front gate, it’s just a short walk to cross the street and reach the boardwalk. The room itself was perfect for 2! Has everything you need and the walk around the property is so pretty! We definitely will stay here again!

Amazing!!!!

Everything was very nice and clean. We did have one issue, woke up the first morning with a huge puddle of water on the floor and had no idea where all the water came from. I called up the number given and spoke with customer service and it was handled immediately. They kept in touch with me and kept me updated throughout the day, they also called and asked permission to enter the condo and a plumber was needed and they also asked if that was ok with us to allow them inside. We were not home the entire day, when we left it was a mess and full of water but when we returned back that evening everything was cleaned and taken care of. I really dont have a bad thing to say, our stay was amazing, the condo was very nice, customer service awesome and handled everything in a timely manner. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Yes i will recommend to others... Thank you so much for a wonderful little mini vacation.

Sandpiper and Vacasa

This is an excellent location, convenient to everything and very close to the beach. The property is well maintained and offers unique outdoor activity with the little par 3 golf course. Our studio condo met our expectations and was fairly clean, the right size for just my wife and I, and pet friendly. We had a few issues and had to contact remote (international) Vacasa support to try to resolve. There is no Vacasa support on site. I fixed the problem myself. There is a lot of traffic in the evenings coming to the on-site restaurant, which is very popular, but only accessible though the entrance/security checkpoint to Sandpiper. Posted speed limit is 15MPH, which is not being enforced, so be careful, especially in the evenings walking your dog. You should also be tech savvy to operate the TV. It resets every time to factory settings and some channels were broadcasting in Spanish, which I don’t know. So, several steps to get through with the TV, but it worked great once we figured it out. While I intend to provide specific recommendations to Vacasa privately, I would stay here again. Overall, our Sandpiper vacation was good.
