Very well located in city center

The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, it is light, well located, well decorated. There are some small repairs that need to be done in the kitchen cabinet (I found a litle bit dangerous to open the plates drawer, it can all fall if you are not carefull) and in one of the toilets, the shower was broken. But all in all, the apartment is very nice and cosy to stay.

The apartment was decent sized but we had many problems gone unresolved by the property management. First, a staff member waited for us at the front door to give us a key to the apartment because the apartment’s keypad broke. Asked for another key but she said she didn’t have one. After she let us in, she did not go over where everything was. There was no written instructions about the apartment. It was a very hot weekend (upper 90s and 100 degree) and the apartment had only one fan. The apartment had no air conditioner so it was unbearable even at night. But when we opened the windows at night, our sleeps were constantly disrupted by all kinds of extremely loud noises from the streets. Despite my repeated requests for more fans, I never got one.Other problems: all doors squeak loudly, one bedroom’s door does close, bathtub drains very slowly. Communicated with property management many times about these problems but no one came out to fix the problems. One toilet had no water, little water and no water in the flush tank. When I told the agent that it did not have any water, they said the parts broke and waiting for the parts. They knew about it but did not tell me until I complained about it. I told them that the only reason I rented this place because it had 2 toilets, I would consider this as false advertisement.Do not stay here. Terrible customer service and the place has too many problems for the price it’s asking.

L'Archiduchesse
