Post-hurricane Ian damage cleanup continues in the Fort Myers Beach area and at the Condo. Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise within and around this complex, including the parking areas. At this time some amenities may not available for use. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests. In addition to its convenient location, there is lush tropical foliage and water everywhere. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island has seven miles of white-sand beaches. Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach with some restaurants and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lovers Key Park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Conveniently located on each floor are laundry facilities. Condo amenities include access to resort pool, air conditioning, ceiling fans and all linens and towels provided.

Entry is via a secure, air conditioned lobby and elevator to the third level above the lobby and ground-level parking. Enter a foyer/hallway and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout with the exception of carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, counter-top microwave oven, and a dishwasher. There is a pass-through into the adjacent dining area, which has a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area, which has a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a coffee table on an area rug, and a matching loveseat. Opposite the seating area is a corner, wall-mounted, large flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the tiled and screened-in balcony with 180-degree views of the back bay, which is furnished with a bistro table and two high-boy chairs.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a triple dresser and ample closet space. The guest bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower.
