Come experience the best of indoor and outdoor coastal living in our beautiful and clean accommodations, just 2 houses from the great recreational beach at 48th Street. By combining the lower, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with the upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, larger family groups are able to enjoy an amazing home in an equally amazing beach location! Here's what you'll find:

ATTENTION:
Because the upstairs unit is not connected internally to the downstairs unit, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both upper and lower units - especially overnight. Neither unit is permitted to operate as a "kids' room" and must have overnight parental supervision.

LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities located in the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.

All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.

PARKING:
- 2 spaces in the garage. NO PARKING BEHIND THE GARAGE
- Garage dimensions: 6'7" height clearance w/18' depth - small to mid-size vehicles recommended
- General free street parking in the area can also be utilized provided all on-site parking is being used.

LOCATION:
Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away!

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, and much more! A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Newport Beach vacation
Overall the stay was nice. We had both upper & lower units. There should be more info on how many steps there are to upper unit for luggage & supplies. There are a lot of steps. The upper units living room & deck areas are beautiful. The view is gorgeous! The downstairs is a little darker. But is quite lovely. We had major problems with ants. In bed, in luggage, on counters, all over. It was gross. They did offer to come in & spray but we did not want to be in the unit while it’s being sprayed. Why wasnt this done ahead of time? We ultimately asked for a spray which helped upper unit but not so much for the lower. The coffee pot was broken. We went 2 days without as they had to order. It came without filters. We were told people provide their own filters - but how when no one knows what type of coffee machine & a new one being sent we had no idea. Once again we had to call to see if they could please see if they could provide and they did. The smoke detector in lower unit is broken. It kept going off randomly & it had to be disconnected. The shower in the upper unit in master is very small & the hot & cold handles go in opposite directions. We burned ourselves the water got SO hot and the cold handle went the opposite way. They should warn people how fast it gets hot & the handles are oddly placed. The beds were definitely comfortable and everything else was great!

It’s a great property. Also a perfect location. We actually had only one complaint which really had nothing to do with this place. Cars kept parking across from our garage so we couldn’t get in! It’s an intrinsic problem with no reflection on this property. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. Newport Beach is awesome.

Definitely a nice rental!
We stayed for a week renting both A and B 4910 Neptune. Both units were well stocked. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a short walk to the beach and nearby park for the grandkids . Each room had ceiling fans and also upright fans. This was helpful in unit A as the living area received all the afternoon sun and could be quite warm. The upper unit B received a cool breeze day and night. It also had a peek a boo view of the water and the ocean could be heard at night. There were plenty of supplies for the beach provided. Definitely a nice rental!

The perfect place
We loved everything about this home! We will definitely be staying here again next year when we come back for another work conference. We loved how we had 2 full functioning kitchens. The place itself was beautiful, clean and quaint. So nice to be close to the ocean. I highly recommend staying here.
