The space
Featuring a spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, our condo comes equipped with a king-size bed and a hideaway sofa bed for extra guests. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and toaster. Stay connected with free Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of an in-suite washer and dryer.
Relax on the lanai and take in the stunning views of the resort's pool. Our condo also features 82 inch and 65 inch flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. We provide all the necessary amenities, including bath essentials and laundry and dishwasher soaps.
Each time you book this unit, we give $10 (that's 40 meals!) to the Maui Food Bank charity to feed the hungry living in our island community. By visiting us in Maui, you can make a difference. Our property is non-smoking and we provide a Pack N Play in the unit for free so you don't need to carry one or a crib!
Kindly be informed that there is a supplemental fee of $250 per night for each guest exceeding two. Accuracy in listing the total number of guests at the time of booking is crucial to avoid additional charges. If there are any discrepancies, you will be required to settle the additional fee prior to check-in. We appreciate your comprehension and cooperation on this matter.

Insects are present on the island and you may come across them from time to time, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services. Services are performed quarterly. These services cannot be declined by guests and you will need to plan accordingly. If the services are declined, you may be subject to the financial cost of rescheduling.
No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit within 100 ft. There is a $500.00 minimum fee for smoke remediation if this house rule is broken.
To enhance operational efficiency and ensure the smooth turnover of accommodations, we have implemented a late check-out policy. Guests who exceed the standard check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of a minimum of $500 per hour for all unapproved late check outs. This fee is designed to cover the additional resources required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next guest promptly. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in adhering to our check-out policies, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of service for all visitors. Please be mindful of the specified check-out time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges associated with late departures. If you find you need more flexibility, we recommend extending your stay by an additional night.
