Welcome to Cynthia Lynn’s, a cozy and easily accessible cabin nestled within a small cabin community in the Smokies.

Here you will find an excellent space to unwind and rest after a day of exploring the Smokies and all the attractions of Downtown Gatlinburg. You’ll be 5 mi. from an entry point to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Greenbrier), 6 mi. from Rocky Top Sports World, 9 mi. from Downtown Gatlinburg, and 20 mi. from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.

This cabin contains the following features:

2 bedroom suites each with their own bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 features two queen-sized beds.

A family/living room with a gas fireplace that's available to use on a seasonal basis.

Fully equipped kitchen to prepare, serve, and eat meals when you decide to eat-in.

Private washer/dryer set.

Private patio with hot tub.

Secure Wi-Fi with adequate speed for gaming and streaming HD quality shows and movies on multiple devices.

Smart TV's in each room with cable and access to your favorite streaming platforms.

Plenty of board games for the entire family/group to enjoy while taking a break from electronic devices.


While staying at the cabin you will be able to take advantage of the following community amenities:

Concierge service in the main office that can answer questions regarding the community, its amenities, and local attractions.

Salt water pool, waterfall, and grotto (open Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Tennis court with free equipment rental.

A club house and fitness center (currently being renovated).

Propane grills located throughout the community for your use (private grills not permitted).

Communal fire pit.

The availability of community amenities are subject to change pending weather, serviceability, and other safety matters at the discretion of community management. New cabins are under construction toward front of the community.
