The first floor of this home includes, the first bedroom features a queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom, as well as plenty of closet space.
Please keep in mind that there is a locked and off-limit garage that is private for the owner of this home.
The second floor features a beautiful kitchen, with a large island with bar seating, and a long dining table. Perfect for having large groups! There is a half bath located as you walk in, along a desk space and desktop computer.
On the other side of the second floor, there is a large living area with a tv (featuring YouTube TV), seating, and has a queen-sized sleeper-sofa. Perfect for groups looking to have a 4-bedroom space!
The third floor includes 2 large bedrooms, both with a queen bed and spacious ensuite bathrooms.
The rooftop is one of the best parts! Enjoy the amazing views from your private rooftop with friends and family! There is a grill, dining area, and plenty of seating for everyone!
We have a keyless entry system. You will get a code a few days prior to your arrival that will start working at your check in time and stop at your check out time. We have a free parking lot area along with free street parking available.

Perfect property

This property has plenty of space, was very nicely decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked. Our group wanted for nothing and communication with the property manager was very timely and very helpful. Would certainly stay again.

Excellent Stay

The location was perfectly located away from all the craziness of Nashville but a short 10 minute ride away. On the fringe of a developing area it is safe and secure. Harley was very responsive to any questions we had, which there were few. Great for three couples. Three bedrooms, one on first and two on third floor, were very nice size with comfortable beds and standard size bathrooms. Offered plenty of space. 2nd floor kitchen and living room was a great place to hang out second only to the rooftop, which was used every night. Offers all you needed. I would only advise that there are four floors including first and rooftop, meaning a lot of stairs. Overall the place was perfect and would definitely rent again.

Amazing place... perfect location

Loved the house. Very clean and lots of amenities. Three great size double bedrooms all with good size bathrooms. Great location for downtown and 21 South restaurants.

Our property has a lot to offer. We have 3 beautiful private bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms which is perfect for couples traveling together or groups that would like some extra privacy. Our home also has a huge rooftop that you can hang out on with plenty of seating and is a great spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine!
