Great location! Clean and super comfortable!

We really enjoyed staying in this super comfortable property. It is very clean with spacious, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses and lots of pillows on the king size beds. The kitchen is specious and we love the open concept living area. Beautiful pool that we will definitely make use of the next time we stay here. The location is very convenient and is an easy walk/ride to NRG stadium. Plenty of dining and a Target/grocery store nearby. Very easy to get to and we felt very safe with gated, garage parking. This was our first VRBO experience and I am happy to say it was a A++++ experience with the property management. and the property itself. Anthony was very helpful and had clear and open communication during our experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

1. The apartment shown is not the one you will be staying in.2. The hot water only lasted for one person to take a shower. The other three guest had to take cold showers or wait about a hour for the water to get hot again.3. There were brown cockroaches in the property. One was dead under the bathroom sink.4. The bottom of the walls show water damage. ( yellow stains)5. The property could use lots of paint.6. We sat on the patio for air at night and a possum was coming toward us. ( very scary)7. The host told us we can park on the floor our apartment was on to run in and out for a short time. But we had to park on the 5th floor over night.Our apartment was on the first floor.We went to the mall came back to get dressed for my birthday dinner and came out and our car was towed.My husband left something in the car and noticed it was towed when he went out to get it.We were only there for 15 minutes.When i told the host about this he asked me to give him a few days and he will give my money back for the tow.I called him several times in the last 3 weeks and he has not returned my calls.I had to file a complaint with VRBO.I wish i could show y’all the pictures i have of the bugs and bad conditions of this apartment.The host name is Anthony and he is also the owner.
