IT WAS OK

THE HOUSE WAS NICE. BUT WE COULDNT REALLY ENJOY OURSELVES BECAUSE SECURITY HARASSED US. WE TRIED TO STAY GONE FROM THE HOUSE BECAUSE OF THAT.

Hello Marquetta! As I explained to you, no party or loud noises are allowed in the property past 10pm. The security guard was just following the administration’s instructions to shut down the noise. Since the noise continued until very late (as shown in the security report and pictures I sent to you) that night the security guard had to continue knocking on the door until the situation resolved.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The security is incredible with a gated entrance and guard. The property manager, Marina was great to work with. She was always available via text. The location is very convenient to several cenotes, the Mayan ruins and Xel Ha. There is also a grocery store across the street. The hotel district is a bit further, but not far by car. Several good restaurants are only a taxi ride away. The pool area and other amenities are very nice. All of the bedrooms were very cool, but the third floor bathroom was a bit warm because the air conditioning didn't service that area. Also, other residents tend to walk through the back area of this condo for some reason, so there is a lot of foot traffic back and forth to the pool. Possibly ask the manager to put a gate there to prohibit that from happening. Also, our group is older (23+), so the noise didn't bother us but it was definitely loud after hours. You could hear people well into the evening outside. The condo is very comfortable with darling decor, nice bedding, Netflix, kitchen items, washer/dryer, and beach towels. Overall very good experience.

Me and my girlfriend’s stay here was amazing! There are really no cons to this house from amenities to location, this place was perfect. Plunge pool is a nice size I’d say for up to 3 or 4 people. Great communication upon arriving with EVERYTHING I needed to know. Definitely a must stay and I will be booking here again!

Aconselho. Experiência Fantástica junto à Selva(no centro de Tulum). Casa nova, com excelentes condições. 4 Quartos muito bem equipados e muito confortáveis. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Piscina privada não é muito grande, mas a piscina comum é fantástica. Aconselho
