Inside, the inviting open floor plan features comfy furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, and stylish beach decor. A large sectional provides ample plush seating in the living area. Watch favorite shows on the 60-inch TV. An open kitchen and dining area creates a great flow for festive vacation meals. Home chefs will appreciate the stainless steel appliances and a helpful array of gadgets. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for four in the dining area.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Home close to beaches

Home is in a good location close to lots of wonderful beaches and restaurants. House is spacious and had a nice layout for multiple guests. There were plenty of beach accessories such as chairs, wagons, umbrellas, coolers beach toys. This is an older home in a high traffic area so can be rather noisy at times. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our time there.

Clean but pricey Need to read the fine print

Upon entry to the place, it was found to be clean throughout. I did notice on a review of the place that it was noisy. We found that to be true as being next to a intersection and school there was a whistle and truck noise from 7 to 9 am. We had trouble with trying to turn on the recessed lights in the kitchen. I found that you had to have 1 of the switches in a set position in order to turn on the lights on with the other switch. I informed the rental company of the issue. There were 2 more items that were found unacceptable. The place was old and we could not turn the air below 74 degrees. The heating of the pool was also a separate cost. Bot these items were not listed on the initial write up of the place. You had to go to the owner's additional information to find this out. Based on what we paid and location, I would not rent this place again

Clean and Close to Beaches

A great location for visiting local beaches. We visited Stump Pass, Englewood Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Boca Grande. House is just as advertised and has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
