You have access to many gas grills on the property that make a perfect setting to enjoy your meals. The Anasazi village is also adjacent to Stonecreek golf course, where you can take a daily stroll through the beautiful green scenery or around the golf.

Our charming one-bedroom one bathroom condo is a newly remodeled unit located on the third floor of a four-story building with an elevator.
It is bright and spacious with sliding doors off the living room and bedroom to a quiet private patio. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail!
Everything you need for your personal living or entertaining is included in the full kitchen including full sized oven and four-burner electric cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, utensils, glasses, cups, cutlery, and much more. The eating area has a large table and seating for 4.

The living room has stylish furnishings with a large couch, which opens to queen size sleeper, a 55-inch smart Flat-screen TV, wing chair with ottoman and a office desk.

The bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed, with a king-sized gel memory foam mattress, night standes and the dresser. It also have a large walk-in closet.

The bathroom offers 2 sinks, an upgraded shower with tub. You will find a laundry area conveniently located within the unit including washer and a dryer.

All utilities, and high-speed wireless internet are included to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
One covered parking spot with unit, as well as ample guest parking for visitors or a second vehicle.

It truly is the perfect location! Just a two minute walk to shops and restaurants including Paradise Valley Mall, Target and Costco, a five minute drive to Keirland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter and a ten minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale to experience restaurants, shops, art galleries and festivals.

Wonderful Condo in great location

Christy is a wonderful host. The condo is well stocked and located in a great area (multiple restaurants and stores). The grounds are immaculate— 5 swimmings pools and jacuzzis. Adjacent to the property is a golf course with a driving range, putting green, and practice area. Just outside the property gate is the River Bend Dry Run— great walking path/bike path. All appliances and smart tv worked well.

Lovely place to stay!

The nicest and most caring hosts I've stayed with in quite a while. A really nice condo with lots of amenities and a safe area with so many things close by. The Hosts Christy family were delightful. I highly recommend staying with them as they truly take care of their guests.

Great property close to everything

The property is great and you have lots of options for pools, relaxation. There is a pretty good golf course steps away as well. Mary, the host, made sure our stay was wonderful and was very communicative. Amazing property and host.

We loved Anasazi village condo, and the host made it very easy to feel at home with all the amenities you could ask for…definitely 5 STARS.

Our two weeks at Casa Christy were just what we needed to get away from the Minnesota cold and snow. The unit was bright and cheerful, was in a perfect Phoenix location, had a good view from the balcony, was nicely decorated and had comfortable furniture. Our Host, Mary, was very helpful with a couple of issues we had and took the time to come over to meet us. All in all, a perfect vacation spot.
