Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Satisfied/ disappointed

The location of this property was great. Fantastic bayside view and easy, convenient access to beach, boardwalk and activities. Roomy enough to easily accommodate 8 guests.

Love the home Not Vacasa

We have been staying at this home for 8 years. Love the location home, and the local neighbors. This is the first year the owners used Vacasa and the first year we had problems. House was not as clean as previous years, fish hooks on the floor, bathrooms didn't not look like they were cleaned all season and linens had human hair and toe nail clipping in sheet. Vacasa were prompt with fixing problem. Home gets a 5 Vacasa gets a 1 due to price increase on property, later check in, and other items.

Stunning Hidden Gem!

The residence was bigger than I expected and super clean! The decor was cute and beachy! The layout is den and laundry room, dining room, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor had a king sized bedroom in the front, a queen sized bedroom in the back, a bathroom with a double shower and his-and-her sinks, and another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. The only things we needed to bring were toiletries, food and spices, paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins. The house was fully stocked otherwise. We didn't use the laundry room but I believe it was available. The barbecue was not because of previous guests misusing it. No biggie as the kitchen was stocked. There's a small yard in the back with a cozy back porch adorned with lights and a dock you can fish or crab off of. You can swim in the water, it's about waist-deep and in the middle of the bay there are sand bars so it looked like people were actually walking on water! We even met the neighbor and she was super sweet. She told us about the neighborhood. There were TVs in every room with basic cable. The bunk bed room didn't have cable but we had brought our game systems and used them to watch movies. There were 2 parking spots in front. Also, when we got there there were fresh linens in a laundry bag out front. My mom in law and I took a 10-minute walk up the street to the main road and went to the cool little thrift shop there. All in all, we absolutely loved it! The price we paid was incredible too! I was planning on going to NOLA or Texas next year but we may just skip those and come back. Thank you <3
