The Sandpiper Dunes in Ocean City is a uniquely designed building offering a location by the ocean. This vacation rental has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air-conditioning. THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ocean City 2023

We love going to Ocean City and staying at Sandpiper Dunes. This property fit our needs well. Overall, we were pleased with the unit. At first glance, the property appeared very clean and ready for us, but we came to realize that the floors hadn't been swept, the dishwasher had not been emptied, and the welcome pack was missing an essential item - there was no toilet paper is the unit. The main blind over the sliding glass door was messed up. We called the designated number for the property manager but didn't get an answer. It also didn't text me as the message indicated. I did report in person to the check-in office but never heard from or saw anyone from maintenance in the unit.

Our stay

Property was convenient and clean. Few snags of a backed up sink, entire stat abd a broken door. Other than that, i would probably stay at this location again.

Sandpiper 212

This is an ok place to rent. It isn't updated and it has some issues. The kitchen sink backed up and the garbage disposal was not usable. The closet doors don't have a bottom track so they have to be carefully moved. It took about 2 days for them to fix the sink after calling numerous times and emails but it was ultimately resolved. Just be aware of this property, although cheaper, it comes with it's cons.
