No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment.
Check-in: Anytime after 3 PM until 11 PM.
Check-out: By 12 PM.
Security Deposit: In case of damage, guests may be charged up to $500 USD.

Guest Access:
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Occupancy:
Guests agree not to exceed the agreed-upon number of occupants. Additional guests will result in the loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit on a credit card (Visa & MasterCard only, no debit cards) is required upon arrival. If not already charged, a cash deposit (USD or Mexican Pesos) will be requested.
Damages to the property may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Guests must leave the unit in the same condition as received.
Failure to observe the rules and regulations of the condominium's complex may result in the loss of the security deposit.
Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of additional guests.
Happy Address, the owner, employees, or agents are not liable for any accidents, damages, or losses incurred by guests or their invitees.
Refunds:
No refunds will be provided if guests decide to leave the property before the scheduled departure date.
Hurricane Evacuation Policy:
Happy Address will not reimburse any funds in the event of a hurricane or natural disaster. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance.
Services:
No refunds will be provided for non-functioning services such as internet, water, or power.
Owners' Belongings:
Certain closets containing personal items of the owners are locked and are not accessible to guests.
Additional Usage of the Property:
Parties inside the property are prohibited without prior authorization.
Unauthorized usage of the condominium may result in the loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
Security:
Guests are responsible for using the existing locks on doors and windows. Failure to do so may compromise the security of the unit.
Legal Responsibility:
Happy Address bears no responsibility for situations arising from the execution of this agreement.
Exoneration:
Guests accept to release Happy Address, the owner, agents, and employees from any lawsuits, damages, or costs incurred during the execution of this agreement.
Penalty for Violation:
Violation of any condition or restriction of this agreement may result in termination of the agreement without reimbursement of rent or security deposit.
