Thanksgiving 2023 in Florida

Great location, easy access to groceries, stores, several of The Villages squares for dining & shopping. House was well equiped. Beds were comfy! We had no complaints!

Perfect

It was the perfect location for us. Couldnt ask for anything else (other than more vacation time). House was just as advertised and the owners are so easy to work with. Cant wait for next year.

The Villages is an active community that features 42 nine hole “Executive” courses (par 29) and 14 “Championship” courses (13 of which are 27 holes, 1 is 18 holes). Guests with an ID ($50 per stay for two) have access to free golf on the Executive courses as well as use of all other recreational facilities including: tennis, pickle ball, bocce, shuffleboard, corn hole, volleyball, beach volleyball, pools, basketball, and more.
Our home is ideally located at the center of the recreation opportunities in The Villages. We have 10 Executive Courses (9-holes) and 4 Championship Courses (27-holes) within a 10 minute golf cart ride of home! In addition there are two Recreation Centers and The Villages Woodshop also within 10 minutes!
Brownwood is just over 10 minutes to the south by cart and Lake Sumter Landing is 20 minutes north by cart.
The sheer number and availability of activities is what drew us here. We are sure you will love it as much as we do.

Our home has a large fully furnished lanai that can be climate controlled or opened up to a screen room for your enjoyment. Large Sugar Palms provide both shade and privacy for your additional enjoyment. It is our favorite “room” in the house. The large open concept living/dining/kitchen areas offer flexibility for leisure and entertaining. Roomy with 10 foot ceilings, our home is the perfect place to relax after enjoying all of the activities that The Villages has to offer..
