We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub as the weather was on the chilly side. The host was gracious and immediately responsive to any questions. They kindly allowed us to check in early as soon as the condo was cleaned.

The hosts were so kind and responsive. My husband and I came to the beach for a quick weekend getaway, and this studio was perfect! Location was great, and the accommodations were nice and just what we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location between Alys and Rosemary beach. The Peddlers Pavillion is a great spot for drinks and shopping. Room is very clean. Setup is simple for those who want to explore / beach time. Bed is very comfortable and wife/me had best sleep. Will be coming back!

My only small complaint was the noise outside the windows very early in the morning for farmers market set-up. The apartment itself was perfect!

The studio was perfectly located in central seacrest. Just steps outside you have the pool, restaurants, a pavilion with nightly live music and a short walk/trolley ride to the beach. The studio itself was stocked with a small but perfect size kitchenette including a microwave and Keurig. The gold staple was that two beach chairs were included. Kim is such a responsive and friendly host, I would highly recommend her properties to anyone looking to stay in the area. I look forward to coming back and booking again !

A wonderful weekend spot to relax, swim, shop and walk to everything! The studio was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again for a weekend getaway!

The hosts were VERY helpful and accommodating. This location was perfect for what my husband and I needed for a long weekend. The size of the studio was great for the two of us. The bed was very comfy. We enjoyed the couch as a place to sit and watch TV or chat. The one thing that I wished for in this place was a dresser to keep our clothes in - that wouldn't prevent me from staying again though.. We are just the type who like to unpack. We were able to hang up clothes though which is always nice!

Amazing Trip to 30A

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio. It's in a great location that is in walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The bed is very comfortable, A/C worked great, clean, gorgeous decor, and communication with the owner was great! It was the perfect place to stay during our visit to this gorgeous place!!

Awesome stay

My wife went for our 5 year anniversary and the property was beautiful. The owners were easy to get a hold of and were amazing with everything we needed. Deff recommend.
