This spacious villa is a perfect family vacation getaway! It is surrounded by a large screened heated pool that has a full patio set with chairs and BBQ where you can enjoy and relax in the Florida Sunshine.

We are thrilled to tell you about this beautiful, 3 bedroom home on Port Richey!!! Located in the Westport Community, this recently renovated home has a private pool and scenic wooded views

Entering the home, you'll be impressed by the open floor living room, which is highlighted by the built-in lights. The massive sliding doors allow in an abundance of natural light. This main living room area has comfortable, modern furnishing which faces the 55" plasma television. Between this area and the kitchen, you'll find a large dining table with seating for 6 guests.

Moving into the renovated kitchen area, you'll appreciate the upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The central island provides a great spot for prepping meals & entertaining, and it boasts two additional stools for seating. From the kitchen area, you can access the lovely screened pool area.

Perhaps the most exciting part of the home, however, is the outside back deck area. Spend your days taking a swim in the large pool or relaxing in the chairs. Imagine yourself enjoying a cup of coffee while taking unique wildlife overnight playing card games with friends and family on the cozy screened pool.

Very nice place. Location wasn’t pleasant at first but overall the home was great; close to many shopping plazas, restaurants and fun activities for my kids. Even though we didn’t use the fire pit or the outdoor grill it was a great extra touch we didn’t know about prior to booking. The pool and pool table was a hit. We definitely enjoyed our stayed. Only downfall was the water pressure. After a little while the water pressure was barely anything, which was a little difficult when you have adults, teenagers, & a baby. But that didn’t stop our day or fun.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. Our parents live 10 minutes from here and it was the perfect spot to visit and relax. The pool and the outside area was nice. The house was plenty big and comfortable. The location is great as it is close to walmart and restaurants. The house was clean. We would hoghly recommend this house.

Pros: quiet neighborhood, equipped kitchen, stated amenities were there and convenient location to what we wanted to do nearby. Host was friendly and let us check in early because no one was checking out the day we checked in. Communication was pretty prompt too. Cons: no proper pest control. Ants and roaches in the house. I understand it’s Florida in the summer but proper pest control and cleanliness could limit this. Surfaces, floors, etc. weren’t very clean. I hand washed everything prior to using. Couches were stained with I don’t know what but I didn’t sit in them. Overall I would not stay here again.

It was our pleasure to accommodate your early check-in. We do wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay. We were in communication throughout your reservation, and at no point were we informed about ants, roaches, or cleanliness issues. Had we known, we would have addressed them immediately to make your stay more comfortable. Our property is serviced monthly by a professional pest control company, and it was recently inspected with no evidence of ants, roaches, or other pest activity. While Florida's climate can occasionally allow insects inside, we always advise our guests to keep the exterior and sliding doors closed as much as possible to help prevent bugs from entering the home. We always appreciate honest feedback, but when concerns are only shared after checkout, we're unable to investigate or resolve them during the stay. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable experience for all of our guests and encourage guests to contact us immediately if any issues arise so we can take prompt action.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Lots of space to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool area and pool table. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking.Only negatives I can really think of were that there were quite a few ants and bugs inside. The sofa has several stains. Could have more electrical outlets in the main living space. The pull out sofa in the pool table room does not have a mattress in it. We were able to get around this by pulling out the twin mattress from inside the master bedroom. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider staying again in the future.

Yes, the pool was enjoyable. It was one of the best pools we ever had when we stayed at the place. We have some complaints about the pool. We had to call him for the poor boy to come and all he did was check the pool when he came the second time he ran the pool sweeper in the pool and that helped clean the pool. The only thing he never washed the sides of the pool like normal pool boys would do and we basically had a calling to come clean the pool.
