The quiet condominium is one of only 88 units in 3 buildings, only 4 stories tall. This condo complex has on-site management and is well maintained with lushly landscaped property and pool area kept neat and tidy. You will be within walking distance of restaurants & a small grocery store.

Prepare your masterchef meals in a kitchen with a view. This fully equipped kitchen comes with granite countertops & updated appliances and ocean views.

Condo Highlights: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only con was condo furniture very sparseAnd not very comfortable. No dresser in bedroom. Patio furniture plastic wicker hard and rough. One chair no ottoman in unit. Bar stools very high. Edge on refrigerator very sharp and dangerous on freezer door.

Our original reservation at another VRBO property was made 8 months ago, and 12 days before departure we were notified it was cancelled due to planned repairs. Few options were available so we grabbed this location at a significant $$ increase over the previous one. It felt dingy, the floors were so dirty we had to wash our feet before getting into bed, the shower is a dark hole, the A/C system is a pain to work, the patio door howled w/ the winds. The bed is comfortable. It’s the most expensive VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, and the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this apartment in February 2023 for two weeks. It has a fantastic ocean front location with a beautiful view, The location is great especially if you prefer peace and quiet. The ocean is literally steps away. The apartment is clean and nicely laid out. We hope to stay here again.

Wow -- Oceanfront in a great area!
The location is awesome -- ocean front, in a town that is one mile or so from Kapalua and just 5 minutes from Whalers Village and Lahaina. I loved hearing the waves at night. Turtles swam in the waters in front and we even saw a few whales breaching in the distance. The space was great for our party of 3 -- my 2 daughters stayed in the bedroom and I slept on the fold out sofa (which was fine for me cause I like to hear the ocean at night). The unit itself was well appointed (though, I could not find the coffee maker and luckily a McDonalds was a short walk away for coffee!). Nice Roku TV with all the pay channels though we didn't watch much TV. Plenty of towels, dishes etc.. (though, you should add a pizza cutter). Lots of great travel books and cute Hawaiian decorations. Having two beach chairs was appreciated as they are definitely needed for the beach. The A/C and fans were a bit complicated to figure out but the normal temperature at the end of December was so comfortable we barely needed them. I will say that that amenities of the building and property are Poor -- the building is old and rather dingy in places. For what I paid per night I was expecting the place to be a bit nicer. However, the older building is not uncommon in this area of Maui and I was there in between Xmas and New Years. There is no jacuzzi but there is an ocean front pool and BBQs. Also, from suggestion standpoint, the HOA should consider maintenance and landscaping to be done during the afternoon or after 11 in the morning -- it was a bit loud at times. Last, I would have appreciated it if the owner would have given us a later check out since 11am is a bit tight when our flight didn't leave Maui til later in the day. Anyway, trying to give constructive feedback --we enjoyed our stay and this is a great home base for exploring the local area!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is quite old and out dated including the pool area and chairs however for the price you pay and all the rules you would think that the furniture around the pool area would be newer. Our main door was tough to open but once you figure it out it was fine. The unit was surface clean and there is everything you can think of available for use in the kitchen as far as cooking. There is no table except the patio table and chairs in the unit and kitchen bar which was fine for us but if you had a child would not work. The unit was very hot and had a portable AC unit that can not move and is extremely loud so that was disappointing. Our room stayed ver hot the entire trip regardless of the amount of fans available and doors open etc. our parking pass was not in our room and it took them 2 days to get it to us. The communication between the rental company and whoever maintains the building is poor and I believe this is why it took them two days to get us the parking pass that was supposed to be available in the unit upon arrival. There was a decent leak under the kitchen sink that I cleaned up and it was coming from the garburator. When I emailed and text the company I got not response however they did come into the until while we were out as it was fixed when we returned the next day and the cup I put in place was removed. This was the second time they had come into the unit without giving us notice which was odd. The screen on the patio door was ripped and the closet in bedroom is not useful to guests for clothes as it is full of stuff from the owners. There is only a luggage rack. It was quiet unit with a really great view which we loved! The unit beside us was being renovated by the owner during our stay and was loud sawing and hammering till about 10pm a few nights but we were up playing cards so it didn’t really bother us. Mornings were always nice and quiet which we appreciated. The renovations in our unit were good and the kitchen was awe
