Tradewinds Villa is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath, multi-level villa, located in an amazing jungle setting with a partial ocean view. It is perched on a ridge overlooking the lush Pura Vida Valley and seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. The location of the villa is perfect for wildlife viewing in the heart of the Manuel Antonio wildlife corridor and on the edge of a 10-acre private nature reserve dedicated to the re-introduction of the Scarlet Macaw. Hike to the secluded El Salto Waterfall. Drive, walk, or take public transport to Manuel Antonio National Park, several secluded beaches, Pez Vela Marina, and world-class dining. The spacious living room on the villa's main level offers an open floor plan with a vaulted teak ceiling and windows that fully open on either side to maximize your jungle experience and embrace ocean breezes. The adjacent kitchen has granite countertops and is well supplied with small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.). A large gas BBQ is on the deck off the kitchen. Note: This property is located up a steep driveway. The house is at at the jungle canopy level and requires climbing four flights of covered stairs. Once at the canopy level, there are two buildings - lower (guest house with two bedrooms and bathroom) and upper (main residence with master suite). The two buildings are connected by one flight of covered stairs. Given the layout, this property is ideal for families with older children or couples traveling together.
