Located just 8 miles from downtown Celina and 20 minutes to downtown McKinney. You will enter the 1,000 square foot home into the living room with a comfortable sofa & 2 chairs for seating. The living area has a large Roku TV with Netflix, HULU, YouTube TV & more. Board games & cards are available for nights spent in hanging around the house with friends and family. Our adorable home sleeps 4-5 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, nightstand and closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 3-drawer dress for storing clothes. The third bedroom has a trundle bed & a small bathroom located inside this room with a stand-up shower and small vanity. The larger bathroom has a tub/shower combination & pedestal sink. There is a door off of the kitchen which enters into a large backyard with a wood privacy fence. The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave and electric range & toaster. We have provided pots & pans, utensils, coffee cups, wine glasses, can opener and some seasonings for cooking. There is a closet off of the kitchen with a laundry center (washer & dryer unit) for small loads of laundry. This home is clean & comfortable!
