This is the private top floor suite of a 2-unit home. You’ll have full access to its indoor and outdoor areas, including an outdoor patio and fire pit.

Rest and recover in two separate bedrooms and a comfortable pull-out couch. The first bedroom has a King mattress, massive closet and a walk-out balcony. The second bedroom has a full mattress and large windows.

The living room couch easily pulls out to a comfortable full-sized bed. Pillows, sheets, and extra blankets are provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features a gas range, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, stainless steel appliances, a stocked spice rack, and ample prep space for cooking.

Large windows flood the living room with natural light during the day, while blackout curtains let you darken the room for movie night on the 65” Smart TV. The living room it outfitted with brand new furnishings.

Minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and the ski slopes, this is the ideal location for those who want to explore Utah’s mountains but still be able to enjoy the nightlife downtown. Hiking trails are just up the road, including Mount Olympus and Millcreek Canyon’s robust trail network.
