Take in a spectacular scene of coastal sunsets, the shores of Whidbey Island and Useless Bay, and the Puget Sound shipping lanes at this incredibly positioned, bay view home in Clinton. Not only will you have an unobstructed westerly view of the water from the deck and living space, but you'll also be able to walk to Sunlight Beach just down the road.

As you step inside this three-story home, you will be greeted by light-filled rooms, walls and ceilings painted a crisp shade of white and generous picture windows that let in the bay view. The living room has a pair of sofas, a flatscreen Roku TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering water views across an expansive, furnished deck. The living area connects to a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an eight-person dining table and glass doors that open to the back deck.

Outside, everyone can gather on the deck where you can work on your tan, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco, or just kick back with a cool drink on lazy afternoons. Multiple seating vignettes overlook the bay, while an outdoor shower is perfect to rinse you off after walks to Sunlight Beach.

At night, there are four thoughtfully designed bedrooms to choose from. The luxe primary suite is downstairs, offering direct access to the ground-floor patio, a Roku TV, and a fantastic, adjacent work-from-home space with two desks and computer monitors. There are two more guest rooms and a fourth bedroom that's fantastic for kids/teens, with its own reading nook, board games, and lounge area with a Roku TV. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Within a quick drive, you can find multiple restaurants, a taproom, a drive-thru coffee stand, a grocery store, and a gas station!

If you enjoy watching the ships go by and are curious what their names are and where they came from, a great app to install on your phone is Marine Traffic. On the app, you can see a picture of the ship, its originating country, and its destination.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
