Relax in the comfortable, air-conditioned living room, or take your beverage out to the furnished balcony to truly take in the ocean air. Younger guests will enjoy the hallway bunk beds and guests of the main bedroom will enjoy an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Everyone can help cook breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. Pack light and take advantage of the private washer/dryer. As guests at Laketown Wharf, you'll have exclusive access to the beach as well as a shared outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand - that's in addition to the shared putting range, hot tub, fitness room, and five pools they can also enjoy during their stay!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
