With three separate living areas and a private heated pool, this charming home is full of comfortable spaces for guests to enjoy. Stay in the main house, the downstairs lounge, or in the guest house complete with a full bathroom - each area has its own private entrance. But no matter where you decide to relax, there's room for you by the pool! Feel free to set up the private gas grill and enjoy a relaxing night near the canal. Inside, guests will be able to cool down in central air conditioning. Board games and a DVD player are on hand for relaxing evenings. The private washer/dryer will ensure you have everything you need for your days enjoying the sunshine.

Things to Know
A futon in the downstairs area of the main house provides an extra sleeping space.
The upstairs bedroom and bathroom in the guest house is only accessible via spiral staircase.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Just Paradise

We’re road tripping from the UK and stopped off here for a month. We we a bit apprehensive about staying here as there aren’t any reviews yet. We needn’t have been concerned. Wow! This place has got it all. Room for your boat in the back yard and a nice heated pool to relax in. Plenty of space to kick back and watch the world. Very comfortable inside. Quiet neighbourhood and it felt very safe. Want a relaxing stay in the Keys, you don’t need to look any further because you won’t find anywhere better than this place.
