The space
Luxury retreat located in the heart of Poconos. Beautifully curated house in the heart of Mount Poconos.

All TVs are smart TVs - HBO Max and Disney + subscriptions included. Living room Samsung 65 inch tv supports casting from iPhones and Android devices directly.

Open floor layout easily blends from Living room with fire place to kitchen and then to large dining table.

Kitchen includes coffee maker (ground regular coffee provided), tea bags, cereals, cooking oil, salt and pepper, utensils, pots and pans. Dining plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups included.

Bedrooms include 2 king beds, 1 queen, 2 full, 5 twin beds. Fresh linen and bath towels included with your stay.

3 full bathrooms on each floor. Each bathroom includes hair dryer, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

Game room encompasses Pool table (mini size), air hockey and foosball table in the game area.
Bar area with glasses provided for Scotch, Wine and Beer.

Gate Entry: In order to get access to community all the driving guests must register at welcome center which is on the entrance of community. Valid drivers license and car registration required for registration.
Welcome center is open 24 hours.

Other things to note
Winter days: Each room in the house has own baseboard heater which can be adjusted to guests comfort. Please give some time for room to heat up since its a big house. Kindly refrain from turning thermostat to maximum o prevent heaters from burning out.

Diamond in the rough
The house does look like the photos. What you do not find out until you get there is that the windows have no screens so opening windows on cool evenings is a bad idea. There is no dishwasher. Although there is no room in the kitchen for a dishwasher with a few improvements like window screens, a cleaned up back yard, shelves to put clothes, hooks to hang wet towels and fluffy pillows this could be a great vacation spot.

Great house
The house was great. Plenty of room for our Mom/ Daughter weekend. I would stay again!! The only problem we had- and it’s nothing to do with the house was the process to get into gated community. We did not know we needed a registration as well. Since they are completed online, two of our cars didn’t have a printed registration. They had the digital - they could not get the pass. But more of a problem- the front gate people were so rude. Really rude. Anyway, had to go to store to print- make sure you have a printed registration with your license.

Great Poconos house!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house had everything we needed. The updates in the home were nice. The bedroom situation was ideal for a our 3 family stay. Close proximity to camelback which we enjoyed during our stay. Host was very responsive - thanks for sharing your home with us !

Nicely renovated interior good for three families located close to major Poconos activities!
The pictures initially deceived us in that we did not see what the house looks like from the street until after we booked it. The interior is nicely renovated, but the exterior is lacking. Nevertheless, the inside is maintained - the host is very responsive - and it's located close to many major attractions. We did not have a chance to use the community pool or lake or mini golf so cannot comment on that.

The house was very beautiful and spacious. We all loved it. Hersh was super helpful every step of the way, answering all questions and concerns quickly. Will definitely be booking again!!

I have been to Poconos many times and fell love with this area. With tons of activities to do year around.

This is open floor layout property. Everything in the house is brand new.
Flowing easily from Living room to Kitchen and then to dining area.
Lot of hangout places through out the house.
Loft area with additional seating and table games.
Fire pit, game room, Bar area.
Property encompasses 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1 Bathroom on each floor.

Spacious and large property with tons of hangout places and things to do. This house can easily accommodate groups up to 15 without feeling crowded.
