This home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

The comfortable primary bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full-size bunk bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Relax in the bay breeze and listen to the sounds of the palms and the gulls on the covered balcony.

THE LOCATION

Enjoy blissful days on the shoreline at Rockport Beach (10 minutes) and Fulton Beach Park (5 minutes). For more outdoor activities, charter a boat for a deep-sea fishing trip or enjoy the trails at Tule Creek.

Dining and shopping can be found in both Rockport and Fulton. Visit the Texas Maritime Museum to discover the history of the area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
