Introducing "Dune View," a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. This beachside retreat is located just steps away from the pristine shores of Seagrove Beach in the Eastern Lake community.

"Dune View" welcomes you with a casual and comfortable open layout. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and counter dining for 3. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for 6-8 guests (optional leaf insert), while the inviting living area provides seating for 6. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 55" HDTV Smart TV with HD Cable and Blu-Ray DVD Player. For additional sleeping arrangements, the sofa transforms into a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating 2 more guests. The first floor is complete with a convenient half bathroom and a spacious deck. The deck boasts a stunning view, outdoor dining for six, two lounge chairs, and an umbrella for shade during hot summer days.

Upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom suite offers a gulf view and a private balcony. It features a comfortable king bed, a 40" SMART HDTV, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. It also includes a wall-mounted 37" HDTV with a swing arm for easy viewing. All bathrooms have been recently renovated, featuring new vanities, fixtures, toilets, sinks, and lighting.

Underneath the unit, there is a convenient carport for easy parking. The washer and dryer are also located in this area.

Great location on beach!

Perfect accommodations for a spring break trip with teenagers! Quiet location on beautiful beach with dunes. Home clean and had everything we needed! Had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and teenagers really loved the location and proximity to activities - short walk/bike ride. HIGHLY recommend, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Terrific Stay At Dune View

My family (wife, 16 & 13 yos) stayed at Dune View for 6 nights in early August 2022 & had a great time at the property. Just steps away from Walton Dunes beach, it was great to have terrific views from the bedroom balcony & the back deck balcony of the Gulf & the beach. No real issues during the stay, just be aware the bedroom bed is much higher off the ground than many regular beds are, which could be an issue if someone has mobility problems & there was a very odd driftwood bench that took up room in the main bedroom to navigate around. Also the thermostat downstairs is for the entire unit so to properly cool upstairs, you might have it fairly cold downstairs. All manageable things. Great location, closet full of chairs, beach toys, washer & dryer, etc & everything one could need. Beach did get crowded since the private beaches that surround it close in the amount of space you get & if you didn't have the beach chair setup sorted or your own spread put down by 7:30 AM, you were unlikely to get a waterfront spot unobstructed, just FYI.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

The location is amazing with great views! We had an awesome stay for our six night stay. The one thing that made us mark this from a 5 to a 4 is the limited supply of the necessities. Only gave us one roll of toilet paper per room when we had seven guests, a few trash bags, limited dish soap, etc. For the amount we paid, amount for how many guests we had and how many days we stayed they didn't need to be stingy. We do also want to give a heads up the stairs are not very friendly (narrow and small). We were also sad to be missing the umbrella for the outdoor patio table.

Location! Location!

The location and gulf view of this property was 10/10. We couldn’t have been happier! The townhouse is a little outdated however served our purpose 100%. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, TVs, cable and internet worked great! We loved being in between Seaside and Rosemary too. Only issue was the lock on the fro t door however that was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
