Access - The condo is equipped with a SmartLock so when you book your stay, you will receive a code specific to your stay that has never been used before. There are also Blink cameras, at the entrances, that are only actively monitored when there is a condo vacancy. Parking is right in front of the condo and is plentiful, but is first come, first served. There are no boats or trailers allowed in the condo parking lots. There is a nearby lot if needed.

Our community – We want you to have great time in our Branson home, but please respect the neighborhood norms. This is not a party community. There are quiet hours before 8AM and after 10PM so you can enjoy your condo and get restful sleep. We are nestled on the hillside in a heavily wooded area. This is a very safe community.

Also – while we are new hosts, the previous owner was a super-host with a solid 5-star review history. Rest assured that this home has a strong track record of 5-star reviews and owners that care about the customer experience. You will love everything about this condo. If there is anything that we can do to improve your stay while you are there, we will.

Interaction with guests – we will leave you to your peace. You can check yourself in with our SmartLock and start to enjoy your vacation. Your welcome book will include a list of contacts, should you have an emergency and you are always welcome to message us. Your welcome book will also include all WiFi passwords and suggestions for local eateries and entertainment.

Final notes – our family visited Branson for the first time in 2021 and fell in love with the town, the people and the attractions. We decided to purchase this “Vacation Home” and permanently move to the area. We hope you have the same experience during your visit. You can visit Branson multiple times and not see everything it has to offer. We do not allow pets because we want to make sure that those with allergies can enjoy our home.
