Not able to access property had to stay in a hotel

The combination lock on the door did not work. I repeatedly tried to contact the host and the property manager by phone, text, and email. I did not receive any response and at 9:00 PM had to find a last minute hotel reservation. The following day, the host sent me an email letting me k is where the actual door key was hidden. This information was not available in any of the information previously provided. When I asked for a refund for one night, the response was “ I will check with my team.” I have heard absolutely nothing since that email response.

Convenient apartment

My husband and I stayed for the weekend when we had several events to attend in Houston. This apartment is nicely set up for a couple, and I noticed they had a lot of baby gear in the closet if you need that. Good location, convenient to downtown and all the shopping and restaurants in the Heights. Would stay again.
