Completely renovated in 2022, located in the lovely "Brainerd Lakes Area". This property features a private, 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin on Red Sand Lake in the heart of Brainerd. Cabin is a year round sanctuary providing all you could ever need for all seasons of the year. Our cabin has all of the conveniences of a medium-sized city (Cub Foods, local bars, Madden’s, Target, etc. within 5 minutes). Enjoy the relaxing sounds of “Up North”, swim at our beach, enjoy the Paul Bunyon Bike Trail, fish off the dock, indulge in a s'more at our lakeside firepit or enjoy yard games. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee nook, gas grill and patio furniture. Cabin has 3 smart TV's and the master bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom. We have a sandy beach, 3 kayaks, a dock and are less than 1/4 mile from the boat launch. This is the ideal set up for large groups, golfing retreats, hunting groups, or families looking for a lake getaway!

NOTE* We just recently wrapped up some fantastic upgrades to the cabin last year. You are going to love it! We opened up the kitchen, put in new floors, added Nest thermostat and front deck Ring doorbell, added a kitchen island and coffee nook and took out a wall in the living room to open things up.
