Welcome to Sand Piper located in Inlet beach! This 2-story 1 bed, 2 bath beach cottage sleeps up to 4 guests, has ocean views and is just steps to the beach! Perfect for a couples romantic getaway or a small family needing a little vacation by the ocean!

1. Sand Piper is close to Rosemary Beach or 15 minutes from Panama City Beach's Pier Park shopping and restaurants.
2. Bike ride along the 19 miles of scenic Highway 30A.
3. Recreation includes parks, walkways, swimming, tennis, kayaking, surf or lake fishing, bicycling and snorkeling.
4. Enjoy the Sunday Farmer's Market with local vendors in Rosemary Beach.

Great Stay in Inlet Beach

The house is perfect for a couple or family with little kids. Beach is right around the corner & the two chairs & umbrella service that comes with the rental is a plus! If you rent the house, don’t forget to try the outside shower! A short walk to Rosemary Beach! We would love to come back!

Close to the beach

This property is great for a little family - it has everything you need, is close to the beach, and is tucked in a quiet little neighborhood.

Perfect for our Family of Four

It's all about expectations. This is a small home, but if you're a frequent traveler to the area, you'll know exactly how to make it work and make it work well. The set up, easy walk to the beach, and home set up was perfect for us. It was efficient, simple, and everything a family of four needs to have an amazing, relaxing vacation on 30a. As you can see in the pictures, the room upstairs is very bright when the sun comes up (at 5:45am in the summer), being a silk sleeping mask or be creative with other room darkening solutions. If we could buy a fraction of a lot and duplicate this same house, we would do it in a heart beat. We didn't need a single thing from the property mgmt company, but they did call and check on us and our stay twice during the trip. After a dozen trips to 30a over the past few years, this has never happened. They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Thanks for the awesome time!
