Walk in to this centrally located, cozy, two bedroom condo with amazing views. You will be right in the middle of all Breck has to offer. Year round, you are one block away from Downtown Breckenridge, which hosts a multitude of fantastic shops and restaurants. In the winter you are a few minutes walk to the gondola to start your day of skiing and you can end the ski day with the ski-in run that neighbors the condo building. In the summer, you are closely located to hiking and biking trails.

Breckenridge Ski Trip

Location was perfect, really close to town and the gondola. The viewers were amazing from the living room and both bedrooms! Kitchen was well equipped and the place was really clean and ready for our stay! Host was great!!

Perfect Ski Condo

Great house. Great location. GREAT snow. Easy walking distance to the gondola and town. House was well stocked with everything you would need. The ski locker access the hall was a game changer and kept all our equipment organized and warm! We will definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Stay

This condo is in a fantastic location and was a perfect fit for our family of 4. It is within walking distance of the gondola (which takes you right to the top of the mountain for skiing), town (where there are many restaurants and shops), and is a block away from the ski-out trail that takes you back to town. Additionally, the owners were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our experience, and the condo was very clean and well-appointed.

Great location to walk to gondola and ski home (about a block home from the end of 4 o’clock run). Nice setup for skiing with family - kitchen has what you need and large ski storage locker across the hall to keep your gear. Lovely view from patio!

The property was superb and Sarah was an excellent host. We booked on short notice and Sarah was very communicative even while being on a personal vacation making sure we had everything we needed to access the property. There was an unforeseen maintenance issue that arose and we felt very well taken care of throughout the whole process.

Fantastic!

Thanks for a great ski vacation! Your condo is very comfortable and clean. The great location to town and short walk to gondola makes things a lot easier. We didn’t need to use our car all week. Love the Mountain View!!! Just beautiful.

Perfect Ski Rental

Stayed with my wife and 2 kids for a ski trip. Perfect location! Shuttle to the lifts is very close, 2 minute walk from condo. We skied 4 O'Clock to the bottom and walked maybe 150 yards back to condo. Very close to the main drag, probably a 5 minute walk. Sarah was very accommodating and friendly. Would rent again.

LOCATION, LOCATION, and LOCATION

The condo is perfect inside and outside. Located at the bottom of Peak 8 you can easily take a bus or gondola to the top of Peak 8. You can also walk across the street to main street Breck. Only needed my car to get to the grocery store. Condo is very clean and had everything we needed. When we come back to Breck we will stay here again. Owner is super nice to work with.

The property was perfect and actually better than advertised! We were just 3 people, but we would have been comfortable with twice that. Sarah was incredibly responsive and helpful-even sending restaurant recs (spot on) and explaining and sending links to everything from ski rentals to parking maps. I'd never been to Breckenridge, and she didn't mind answering my annoying questions! Fabulous experience!

Everything You Need In Breck!

The owner Sarah initiated communication as soon as we booked and was in continuous communication with advice and suggestions along with way. We were a family of 3 flying into Denver airport and drove to Breck in our rental car. It was an easy drive with Sarah's explicit instructions. We had no trouble parking or finding the unit. When we walked in it was so warm and felt like home. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to start our family fun. Beds were comfy. There were plenty of bathrooms and the unit was super spacious. The condo was conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping. I loved Sarah's attentiveness and the convenience of this wonderful property in Breckenridge!

Great location and easy stay in Breck

We were in town for baseball tournament for teenage son. The condo was exceptionally clean for a VRBO and had three bathrooms which was helpful for family of four. It's a quick walk to town and a 5 minute drive to the baseball fields. The only downside for me was the master bedroom sheets are a bit rough and the pillows I have no idea what they are made of but so heavy and hard. So changing those out would make it so much better as the mattress was comfy. My kids said the second bedroom beds were comfortable. As in many mountain condos there are high big windows in the master so it's very bright in the am. But we knew that from the photos. The pool area was nice during breaks between games and when I was there very quiet and peaceful.
